Property Management changes

As you know we have switched property managers. If you haven't already done so, please sign up on their website, unitypm.com. You should have received a letter in the mail with your access token to set up an account. Once you have set up your login, be sure to update your profile with your contact information in order to receive email and written communication.

The letter also included instructions on how to pay your quarterly assessment. You can pay through the site, mail them a check directly or pay through your bank. If mailing a check or paying through your banks bill payer function, use the address below. Be sure to include your Unity account number, which can be found on the letter you received.

Ridgeline Home Owners Association

Welcome to the Ridgeline Home Owners website.  Ridgeline homeowners enjoy boating, water skiing, and fishing at Bass Lake which is within walking distance to the northern end of the lake. The Ridgeline Homes development is located just 6 miles from the mountain community of Oakhurst, California and about 50 miles N.E of Fresno, California.  The South Entrance to Yosemite National Park is just 15 miles from Ridgeline Homes, and Yosemite Valley is about 55 miles. Groceries and dining are also available at the Pines Village located about 2 mile from our community.

  • Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month except in December
  • Board of Directors meet at 4:00 pm. Homeowners are welcome to observe the meetings and will have time following the meeting for comments
